Board and executive advisory
Growth strategy for the companies transforming healthcare.
Lucentia Holdings advises early to mid-stage healthcare technology companies, their leadership teams and boards on payer economics, value-based care, go-to-market strategies and building revenue that scales.
Where we advise
Payer economics and pricing models
Savings-based and revenue-share models, unit economics, and the pricing structures that survive a procurement review.
Marketplace and go-to-market
Segment expansion, ideal customer profiles, pipeline discipline, and building the ecosystem relationships that become a durable moat.
Aging and caregiving innovation
Positioning companies whose customers are older adults and the family members who make decisions for them, including the payers and employers who fund that care.
Board and leadership counsel
Growth operating rhythm, scorecards, and the questions a board should be asking about revenue quality and forecast confidence.
A point of view
Healthcare companies rarely sell to the person who uses the product. The buyer, the user and the payer are different people with different incentives, and growth plans that treat them as one fail in procurement.
The companies transforming healthcare will design for all three from the start and price in a way each can defend. Lucentia works with leadership teams on that design.
Aging and caregiving is the clearest example. An adult child arranges the care, a parent receives it, and a health plan or employer often pays. It is where Lucentia goes deepest.
Advisory work is held in confidence. Lucentia does not use one client's information in work for another.
About
As a leader in healthcare, Aarti Karamchandani has built businesses from the ground up, leading all aspects of the commercialization process. She founded Lucentia Holdings after more than 36 years in healthcare and healthcare technology.

As a member of the founding team of a value-based care technology platform, she helped grow the company from zero to more than 400 clients and over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, through organic growth and acquisitions.
Her payer perspective comes from operating roles at Health Care Service Corporation and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. She has designed segmented commercial models for health plans, TPAs, self-funded employers, health systems and ACOs, and has helped evaluate more than 250 acquisition candidates.
